Delivery time within the Netherlands & Belgium

All orders are processed and shipped with care.
Our standard delivery time is:

1 to 3 working days

We work with reliable carriers like PostNL and DHL. The final delivery time depends on the carrier and the workload.

Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday

Orders placed from Thursday onwards will be processed after the weekend.
The expected delivery time is:

• Ordered on Thursday → delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday

• Ordered on Friday → delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday

• Ordered on Saturday → delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday

• Ordered on Sunday → delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Processing and shipping

• Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 5:00 PM will be processed the same or the following business day.

• Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.

• After shipping you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code , which you can use to track your order at any time.

Postage costs

• Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping (if stated on the product page).

• For Belgium, fixed shipping costs or free shipping apply from a certain order amount.

Delays in delivery services

Although Audioplay ships quickly, delivery service may experience delays due to:

• busy at PostNL or DHL

• public holidays

• extreme weather conditions

• incorrect address information

In case of delays, we will always assist you in tracking your package and resolving delivery issues.
