This means that the product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
If the product shows a defect within a reasonable period of time that is not caused by the customer , Audioplay will offer repair, replacement or an appropriate solution free of charge.

Production errors
Hardware or software failure without external influence
Non-functioning basic functions (image, sound, touchscreen, CarPlay/Android Auto)
Audioplay rates based on photos/videos and test results.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Incorrect or unprofessional installation / wrong connection
Damage due to own adjustments, wiring, CANBUS settings or modifications
Damage caused by opening the device or modifying software/firmware
Fall/impact/moisture/heat damage
Damage caused by third-party accessories
Problems caused by vehicles for which the unit is not intended
Problem arises after the customer changes settings that were not advised by Audioplay
Abuse, intentional damage or repeated misuse
Audioplay reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if there are clear signs of misuse or fraud (Article 7:21, paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code).
When a report is made we always ask:
Order number
Description of the problem
Photos/videos of the problem
Photos of wiring harness & connection
Without this information an application cannot be processed.
In case of suspicious situations or incomplete information, Audioplay can carry out an independent test.
Within valid warranty: free repair or replacement
Out of warranty or in case of misuse: advance price indication for repairs
No costs without approval
Installation must be done correctly.
If in doubt, we recommend installation by a multimedia specialist.
