How do I register my return online?

Returning to Audioplay is easy. You can register your return within 14 days of receipt via our online returns portal:

After registering, you will receive all the necessary instructions by email, including the return address or a return label. Please ensure the product is returned complete, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Once we have received the return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days via the same payment method.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

To exercise this right, you can submit a return request via our returns portal:

Return Policy:

  • The product must be undamaged , complete and in original condition .
  • All supplied accessories, cables and manuals must be present.
  • Any signs of installation or use may result in a reduction in value that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Software-based or custom-configured systems are excluded from return if already installed or personalized.
3. Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

Any shipping costs for the outward journey will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

No right to refund in case of:

  • Damage due to incorrect installation or use.
  • Incomplete or damaged return shipment.
  • Products that have been registered outside the statutory return period.
4. Warranty and defects

Is your product failing or not working properly within the warranty period?

Please contact us at info@audioplay.nl with a clear description, photos and/or video of the problem.

We will then assess whether the defect is covered by the warranty and offer a suitable solution (repair, replacement or refund).

5. Processing of returns

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • Always return the product insured and with track & trace .
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
  • Unstamped or unregistered returns will not be processed.

Why does Audioplay have a low Trustpilot score?

We understand that our Trustpilot rating may raise questions. Unfortunately, dozens of negative reviews have been left by individuals or competitors trying to damage our reputation and name.

I entered an incorrect address

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly or contains a spelling error, please respond to the confirmation email with the correct information within 12 hours of placing your order . You can also contact us directly via the contact form on our website.

Within these 12 hours we can change the address for you free of charge and without delay.

Can Audioplay refuse my return if I received the product but it has been misused?

Yes. Consumers have the legal right to cancel a product within 14 days. This right is intended to evaluate the product, not to abuse the returns process.

Audioplay may refuse a return if there is clear evidence of abuse of the right of withdrawal or fraud. This may be the case, among other things, if:

  • an order is consciously placed with the intention to return without a valid reason;
  • there is structural or unusual return behaviour;
  • multiple people order and return in a coordinated manner;
  • false data or different identities are used;
  • products are deliberately damaged or returned incomplete;
  • actions demonstrably damage our company.

If Audioplay determines that the right of withdrawal is being abused (Article 3:13 of the Dutch Civil Code), a return may be refused, even if the product has already been received. In that case, the sale remains final, and the customer remains liable for the full purchase price.

In addition, any damage or incomplete returns can be recovered from the consumer on the basis of Article 6:162 BW (tort)

What is the status of my order?

Audioplay aims to process and ship your order within 24 hours.

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

However, these terms are only explicit as an indication, depending on the delivery service

I can't find a suitable Android system for my car. Can you help?

Certainly, not all vehicle models are listed directly in our webshop. Simply send us a photo of your current display, along with the year and model of your car. We'll check within 24 hours which system is suitable and whether we can supply it.
